On the occasion of the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, Eva Longoria, famous actress, director and producer, honored the handprint ceremony with her presence. Talented and charismatic, the American joins the legendary “Chemin des Étoiles” of Cannes and its 450 imprints, among which we can notably find: Quentin Tarantino, Catherine Deneuve, Spike Lee, Sharon Stone, Tim Burton, Meryl Streep, Sylvester Stallone…
Eva Longoria began her career with a few television appearances in the series Beverly Hills 90210, General Hospital and The Young and the Restless. However, it was her role as Gabrielle Solis in the series Desperate Housewives that propelled her to international stardom. She has also starred in many films including Harsh Times, The Sentinel and Over Her Dead Body.
In addition to being an accomplished actress, Eva Longoria is a talented producer and director. She has produced and directed several episodes of television series, including Devious Maids and Telenovela.
Eva Longoria is also an icon in the beauty industry as the face of L’Oréal Paris (official partner of the Cannes Film Festival). Since joining the brand in 2005, she has become one of L’Oréal’s most recognizable faces, embodying elegance, charisma and diversity.
Apart from her artistic achievements, Eva Longoria is known for her philanthropic commitment. She founded the Eva Longoria Foundation, which supports education and entrepreneurship among women, and she is actively involved in various causes.
