Kith Malibu is located just off the Pacific Coast Highway, near the famed Malibu Lagoon State Beach. The store opens on July 4th and will carry Kith’s in-house, collaborative apparel, accessories, and footwear for men, women, and kids. Customers will also be able to enjoy an in-shop Kith Treats bar.
The flagship facade displays a dark color palette, with dark cedar siding and brass Kith signage. As you enter the store, you are greeted to a light, calming atmosphere reflective of its sunny beach setting. The space is elevated with Light Travertine floors & walls, Rosa Aurora counters, light Ash wood, mint-colored velvet curtains and more.
Greenery is delicately placed throughout to add more life to the area. The Kith Treats bar continues the calming and elevated feeling with White Statuario Marble walls and floors, Rosa Aurora marble countertops, custom stainless steel bar stools, and Ash wood headers.
In celebration of its new Malibu location, Kith Treats will reintroduce The Caramel Soba Cha Swirl in collaboration with Nobu. The limited edition special showcases the esteemed Japanese culinary group’s signature Soba Cha Brownie infused with Kith Treats’ signature vanilla ice cream, alongside a variety of intricate flavors creating a noteworthy, balanced dessert. The Caramel Soba Cha Swirl will be served exclusively at Kith Malibu for a limited time only.
To commemorate the opening of this new flagship, Kith partnered with New Balance to redesign the MS 1300 and MT 580 in Kith-exclusive hues. Each style is crafted with a canvas upper and suede overlays with leather accents. They feature the classic ‘N’ New Balance logo on the lateral sides and ‘1300’ and ‘580’ branding on the tongues, respectively. These models will release on July 4th at Kith Malibu alongside the flagship opening as well as on Kith.com, EU.Kith.com & the Kith App.
Kith also created a special capsule of apparel, accessories and lifestyle products inspired by Malibu’s beach setting. The capsule comprises vintage-washed tees, crewnecks, caps and a beach towel featuring custom Kith Malibu logos and beach motif graphics like waves, shells, and sunsets.
