Luxurious Bentley residences in Miami

Offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and intracoastal waterways around Sunny Isles Beach, Bentley Residence Miami will offer 61 floors of modern luxury living, in what will be the tallest residential building on any waterfront in the United States.

BENTLEY RESIDENCES MIAMI CELEBRATES A CENTURY OF INNOVATIVE LUXURY, CREATING EXTRAORDINARY HOMES DESIGNED WITH A LEVEL OF CRAFTSMANSHIP AND FINISH THAT HAS FOREVER DEFINED THE BENTLEY BRAND.

It’s Bentley Residences Miami. The building will house 216 residences, each with incredible views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The heart of the cylindrically designed building, meanwhile, will house a patented car elevator – and with an integrated multi-car garage accommodating up to four spaces for each home, residents will be able to drive straight to their homes.

A collaboration between Bentley, Sieger Suarez Architects and luxury real estate specialist Dezer Development, the building is scheduled for completion in 2027. However, it can be explored today by visiting the on-site sales gallery in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

The building’s design philosophy is based on the fusion of indoor and outdoor living. It reflects the tastes of many Bentley drivers, whose cars can envelop them in extreme comfort, while offering them all the freedom that the open road represents.

An example of this principle is illustrated by the houses’ vast balconies, each with its own private heated pool in which residents can enjoy the fresh air.

Throughout the project, the designers have gone to great lengths to incorporate Bentley’s design language. As a result, not only will each home feature the same attention to detail as Bentley cars, but each will be equipped with locally sourced, sustainable materials.

In addition, all work will comply with local environmental requirements, including Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) certification, to minimize environmental impact during project design and construction.

Every aspect of the building’s common space reflects Bentley’s design language, from the diamond-shaped glass panel on the façade, which evokes the diamond pattern seen in Bentley car details, to the diamond tiles on the lobby floor.

The Dezervator

The experience of living in the building is made all the more pleasant by the ability to go straight to your home with four “Dezervators” – patented hydraulic elevators designed to transport you and your vehicle directly to your floor.

Your car is identified on arrival by an RFID sticker placed in your vehicle. A special LED lighting system then guides you to one of the Dezervators, which takes you directly to your residence.

Explore today To give potential buyers a glimpse into the future of this unique development, a sales gallery has been created on the site’s private beach.

Visitors are greeted by a stunning Bentley Speed Form sculpture, painted in a bespoke color at the Bentley paint shop in Crewe, England. Inside, the 12,000-square-foot gallery includes a life-size replica of a 6,000-square-foot house, complete with garage, balcony and swimming pool.

The gallery also houses a superb whisky bar, in which the bar itself has been suspended from the ceiling, so that it appears to float in the air. Wherever you look, Bentley home furnishings are on display – yet another demonstration of Bentley’s exquisite design and craftsmanship.
